Mandalay United Football Club

Mandalay United Football club was founded at 18 May 2009 in Singapore by ex Mandalay residences. Most of the players were playing at basketball field for more than a year near clementi westcoast area. They were enjoyed of playing at small field with 4 or 5 players at each side. Every Saturday, they gathered at that basketball field and started playing from 7 pm to 9:30 Pm. They never even failed to play any single Saturday throught out the year. From there , they pick up their stamina, refreshing their old skills from their young life, team work, and dirbbling and tackling skills and so on. However even though they are playing in a small field, there is a strong determination in their mind that they would play the soccer match again at one day like they spent their evenings at home country. They always imagine of kicking the ball to the net with powerful speed, passing the ball to each other and make beautiful placing, resting on the ground while smelling the scent of grass, talking about the match like no tomorrow. All of them agree that they will never let go of their lovingness to football no matter where they are. Actually all of them were well potential players at their young age. They played a lot of matches represnting town, division, school and university. They would have started their football career if there was professional football market in Myanmar. However they ended their carrer in Engineering in respective field. But thats not the end of their love to football. That is just the beginning of Mandalay United Football Club.
Thats how the motivation and enthusiasm were seeded to found the Mandalay United football club.
